Article summary

In this section, we will provide two tutorials to guide you to develop the two way Integrations: adding Comm100 into a VoiP Solution and adding a Voip Solution into Comm100.

The integration development required both web frontend and backend development work. We suggest that a frontend developer and a backend developer read this tutorial to develop this integration.

To better explain the steps in the tutorial, we use a real VoiP solution Vincall as an example to demonstrate all the settings, codes and actions to finish the complete process. Vincall is a simple VoiP solution with basic features. Comm100 development developed the Vincall product with their technology stack .Net Core as backend APIs and React as Frontend pages. All the source code is published at Comm100 Github. Please read the next article to know more about the Vincall.

Then development team took use of the Comm100 extensibility to develop the two integrations. The team just followed the best practice to finish the development and setting work, test all the features and deploy them properly. Each developer also wrote down all their work step by step and we organized them into the below two tutorials.

We strongly suggest that you read the steps in the tutorial and take the implementation in your VoIP solution.
